Yes. GATHER offers flexible outside catering options, so you can bring food or work with your preferred caterer, subject to applicable venue requirements.
Yes. You can work with approved outside DJs, photographers, photo booths, decorators, caterers, planners, bartenders, and other event professionals. We can also introduce you to trusted vendors if you need recommendations.
GATHER does not directly provide decorating services, but we're happy to connect you with trusted decorators, balloon artists, florists, event designers, and planners.
Yes, subject to GATHER's alcohol requirements. Bartending, event insurance, and security requirements vary depending on what is being served.
Yes. Tables and chairs are included with GATHER venue rental packages.
Standard linens are included with qualifying packages. Specialty linens, chair covers, and custom décor can be added separately.
Your reserved hours include all time spent in the venue—including vendor arrival, decorating, event time, breakdown, and cleanup.
Absolutely. Once you submit your event details, you'll immediately have the option to choose a venue tour time.
Your date is officially reserved once your rental agreement is signed and the required deposit has been received.
