"Vendor access support" means GATHER provides your vendors with venue access and facility instructions—not event coordination or vendor management.

What's Not Included
GATHER is primarily a venue rental, not an event planning or production service. Event planning, day-of coordination, client décor installation, florals, balloons, catering, bartending, photography, entertainment, specialty rentals, and other outside vendor services are not included. You are welcome to bring your own approved vendors in accordance with GATHER policies.

GATHER can accommodate intimate events through larger celebrations of up to 245 guests. Your ideal capacity will depend on the room layout, dance floor, stage, buffet, and other event needs.
Yes. GATHER offers flexible outside catering options, so you can bring food or work with your preferred caterer, subject to applicable venue requirements.
Yes. GATHER is designed to give you flexibility. You may bring approved caterers, planners, decorators, photographers, DJs, and other vendors in accordance with GATHER's venue policies.
GATHER is primarily a venue rental. We provide the venue, GATHER-provided furniture and standard setup, basic AV, venue support, and standard post-event cleaning. Event planning, day-of coordination, custom décor installation, catering, photography, entertainment, and other vendor services are handled by you and your selected vendors.
GATHER does not directly provide decorating services, but we're happy to connect you with trusted decorators, balloon artists, florists, event designers, and planners.
Yes. Beer, wine, and hard seltzers may be served in accordance with GATHER's alcohol policy, and hard liquor must be served by a licensed bartender. Any time alcohol is served, on-site security is required for the full duration at $100/hour, and applicable event liability insurance requirements are outlined in the GATHER Venue Rental Agreement.
Yes. Tables and chairs are included with GATHER venue rental packages.
Standard linens are included with qualifying packages. Specialty linens, chair covers, and custom décor can be added separately.
Your reserved hours include all time spent in the venue—including vendor arrival, decorating, event time, breakdown, and cleanup.
No. Venue tours are available if you'd like to see GATHER in person first, but you can view availability and reserve your date online without completing a tour.
View GATHER's current availability online, choose your Venue Experience, review and sign the Venue Rental Agreement, and complete the required 50% deposit. Your date is officially reserved once the agreement is signed and the deposit has been successfully received.
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your event. The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before your event date.
GATHER is primarily a venue rental, not an event planning or production service. Event planning, day-of coordination, décor installation, florals, balloons, catering, bartending, photography, entertainment, and specialty rentals aren't included, though you're welcome to bring your own approved vendors for any of these.
